What EDGE is
A gastroenterology conference convened by Gastroplus in Ahmedabad, built around hands-on teaching rather than lectures alone. It runs three parallel tracks so that physicians, surgeons and postgraduates each get a programme pitched at them, and it includes live hands-on stations on the techniques that are hardest to learn from a slide deck.
The hospital's stated attendance for the first edition was 1000+ delegates at EDGE 1.0.
Endorsement
EDGE 2.0 carried the endorsement of 6 medical associations, including the Indian Society of Gastroenterology.
